HomeTruth is a property evidence intelligence platform. It organizes and evaluates property information into evidence statuses so that a reader can understand what is proven, what is claimed, what is unknown, and what appears to conflict.

The current release is an early-stage prototype intended for demonstration and evaluation. Features, data, and copy may change without notice.

HomeTruth is a tool for organizing evidence. It is not, and must not be relied on as, any of the following:

• A home inspection or a substitute for a licensed inspector.
• An appraisal or an opinion of value.
• A title search or a title opinion.
• Insurance underwriting or an insurance decision.
• A mortgage approval or a lending decision.
• An engineering or structural report.
• Legal advice or a legal opinion.
• A guarantee of property condition, safety, or future cost.

Always confirm important findings with the appropriate licensed professional before making a real estate decision. Cost figures shown in the product are planning ranges based on stated assumptions, not guarantees of what you will actually spend.

The demonstration property and all associated documents, claims, timelines, and figures are fictional. They are provided to illustrate the product and do not represent any real property or person.

HomeTruth evaluates property evidence. It does not, and you may not use it to, score or rank neighborhoods or people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, family status, national origin, sex, or any other protected characteristic. HomeTruth is intended to support fair, evidence-based housing decisions.

The prototype is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westforge Holdings Inc. is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the prototype. Because this is a demonstration, do not rely on it for an actual transaction.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the prototype after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
