Privacy notice

The current prototype runs in your browser and uses local mock data. It does not include user accounts, authentication, or a production database, and it does not transmit the details you enter to a HomeTruth server.

Any address, relationship, or purpose you enter during the property check is used only to move you through the demonstration workflow within your own browser session.

The HomeTruth Demonstration Residence and every figure shown in the product are fictional. They are provided to illustrate how the platform works and do not describe any real property, transaction, or person.

The contact and property-check forms validate input in your browser. In this prototype they do not deliver messages or store submissions. Please do not enter confidential property or personal information into the prototype.

As HomeTruth matures, later phases are expected to introduce authentication, secure document storage, and integrations with public records and professional services. When those capabilities arrive, this notice will be expanded to describe what is collected, how it is stored, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you.

• Clear descriptions of the categories of information collected.
• Security measures appropriate to sensitive property documents.
• Defined retention periods and deletion options.
• Transparency about any third-party data sources.
